LeRoy Fire District

When overcrowding became a problem at the LeRoy Fire District's thirty-year-old fire station, we designed a five-bay apparatus wing on an adjacent lot and adapted the original bays for office, training, and support purposes. The civic nature and architectural character of both the addition and renovation reference the adjacent, historic Village Hall. The project was constructed under four prime contracts after a public bidding process.

Winner of Rochester Outstanding Project Award - 2006 CS.
