Steamboat Landing Resort & Conference Center

HBT Architects has been selected as the architect for the Steamboat Landing Resort & Conference Center. Positioned along the north shore of Canandaigua Lake, Steamboat Landing is currently a 160 seat restaurant and lounge, 4,000 square foot banquet facility, and a 150 seat authentic paddlewheel steamboat. The proposed extensive renovations and addition will transform Steamboat Landing into a full service, year-round resort destination featuring 130 upscale hotel rooms, six two-bedroom penthouse suites, nine time-share condominium units, over 8,000 square feet of additional flexible state of the art meeting and conference space, a full service day spa, indoor pool, and 2,000 square feet of specialty retail space. Offering spectacular and commanding lakefront views, the resort will position itself as a destination resort in the Finger Lakes region.
