Alfred University - Ann's House

Alfred University set a goal to provide students with a new living experience on campus and also to demonstrate their commitment to sustainable design. At 48 beds, this student housing project is specifically designed to provide more privacy than the typical dormitory found on campus. The resulting building has redefined concepts of campus living at Alfred University. Ann's House has received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and is the first building on campus to receive a LEED designation.
