Dominican College

Dominican College is located in Orangeburg, NY in the Lower Hudson Valley Region. As a growing college, they were looking to add updated, attractive, yet economical student housing. The building consists of 200 bedrooms in a variety of configurations. On the first floor there is a large common room, a separate media center, and support spaces such as a mail room and security office. On each upper floor there is a common study space. The building was completed as a Design-Build project with BBL Construction Services and Columbia Development.
